Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used supplement products.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, email us at orders@avlabs.bio. Do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service, and you must provide tracking details. We are not responsible for return items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund on all approved non-defective returns. This helps cover handling, packaging, and administrative costs. No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. Returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period are exempt from restocking fees if the product is returned unopened and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplement products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable, customized, or hazardous goods (e.g., flammable liquids)

Please contact us prior to purchasing if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — no reason required. Items must remain unopened and in original condition. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at orders@avlabs.bio.

AlphaVita Labs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or show signs of misuse or tampering.
