Thank you for shopping with AlphaVita Labs. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and timelines to help you understand how and when you’ll receive your order.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States.

For orders outside the UK:

🧾 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the courier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, please contact us at orders@avlabs.bio.
❌ Delays or Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally happen. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
📬 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. AlphaVita Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned due to incorrect address information, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
